Freelance photographer based in Budapest, working with several institutions, magazines and online platforms. 
In 2014, he won the Grand Prize of the 32nd Hungarian Press Photo Competition for a series of photographs taken during the Syrian Civil War.
In 2015, he covered the conflict in Eastern Ukraine and the refugee crisis across Europe, and this year he was selected for the WPP Joop Swart Masterclass. 
In 2017, he participated in the Magnum Photos workshop as a fellow of the Robert Capa Centre. 
In 2018 he was awarded the Károly Hemző Prize and was selected for the Nikon-Noor Academy Masterclass.
He was awarded the József Pécsi Photography Scholarship for young photographers in 2015, 2018 and 2019 for his project The Last Storytellers. 
He was selected by the Capa Centre as one of the FUTURES - European Photography Platform Talents of the Year 2020. 
In 2021, he was awarded the Hégető Honorka Prize. 
In his latest works, in 2020 and 2021, he will analyse the relationship between people and nature along the Baja-Bezdan canal with the support of an NKA creative grant. 
From 2021, he will be an instructor at the photojournalism course of MÚOSZ.
